The author has completed his Doctorate in Tourism from Institute of Vocational (Tourism) Studies, MTA, Himachal Pradesh University, Summer Hill, Shimla. The topic of his research was “Community Based Tourism in Shimla and Kullu: Stakes, Perceptions and Impact Analysis”, under the supervision of Prof. Sushma Rewal Chugh.
