Green HRM's emergence in India reshapes business strategies, emphasizing ecological sustainability alongside economic concerns. This study in Chhattisgarh examines private and public sector practices, employing descriptive and exploratory methods, including interval type-2 fuzzy sets to manage uncertainty. It adopts a reverse performance evaluation approach, incorporating expert opinions and fuzzy logic, with future plans for computer-based evaluation tools.
