Improving children's health cannot be achieved through medicine alone. For their full development, parents need to adopt a variety of good practices related to child care. Often, parents have many questions and concerns, but there is rarely enough time during clinic visits to address them fully, as doctors cannot cover every topic in detail. While there are numerous helpful parenting books available in English, the author identified a gap in the Odia language literature and has distilled 25 essential insights from his 25 years of experience into this book, aimed at promoting children's health. In today's fast-paced world, reading habits are becoming increasingly rare. While smartphones provide a wealth of information, much of it can be misleading.
