The "Advanced Flight Operations Management" program will provide practical knowledge and skills about operational control environments for pilots in command, flight operations officers, and management. This knowledge will be useful in analyzing and evaluating meteorological information to identify potential hazardous weather that could disrupt aircraft operations and determine suitable flight routes for pilots in command. Flight operations officers will be able to plan the optimal amount of fuel needed for takeoff, landing, and alternate airports in case of operational disruptions. They will also be able to analyze maximum takeoff and landing weights, runway conditions, and any NOTAMS for departure, enroute, destination, and alternate airports.
