I am thrilled and honored to announce that my book, *Nine Luminaries of Science*, has been translated into Bengali. Bengal has been home to many remarkable figures, with five of India’s nine Nobel laureates either being of Bengali origin or having spent significant time there. It is a privilege to feature two Indian scientists in the book—one from Bengal and another who conducted most of his research in Calcutta.
