The Fifth Deans' Committee of the Indian Council of Agricultural Research has recently updated the B.Sc. (Hons.) Horticulture syllabus, standardizing it nationwide. This laboratory guide on post-harvest management of horticultural crops covers the complete syllabus in simple language, making it suitable for beginners. Despite efforts to provide the latest information, some aspects may have been missed. Feedback on any errors is welcomed for future revisions. Though primarily designed for B.Sc. (Hons.) Horticulture students, it is also helpful for B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture and post-graduate students. We appreciate Walnut Publications' swift support in publishing.
