The need for separation erupts more to meet selfish interests and inflated egos and we call it issues arising due to incompatibility. Separation could be the total of the discontentment over a period which finally translates itself to splits vile. Here the emphasis is more on the weaknesses of the partner and we tend to ignore the strengths.
In the course of the split, the couple evolves into a self-centred, narcissistic and egocentric being. The emphasis is more on self, while the children are side-lined. Their opinion hardly carries weight, the courtroom becomes a battleground, where the accentuation is to emerge victorious.
The child remains withdrawn and appears lost in the conflict between the parents, wherein he or she is bereft of the choice of a custodian. The child tends to revolt either succinctly at the onset and more aggressively in the future or accept whatever is in store for them.
Kill to Protect is about a child who turns aggressive first gradually and later on rapidly. The sudden transition went unnoticed for a long time until the aggression got aggravated and heeded.
The course correction was not effective enough to bring about a revival!!
