Ananya Bharadwaj is an Assistant Professor at Amity School of Law, Amity University, Jharkhand. She is presently pursuing her Ph.D. from KIIT University with the qualification of the UGC NET examination. She has worked as a Research Associate at Competition Commission of India under Ministry of Corporate Affairs and as a Faculty at School of Law, KIIT University. She has more than 5 years of Teaching and Research experience. She is a B.B.A.LL.B (IPR Hons) graduate and has completed her LL.M.(Corporate Law) with University Gold Medal from National Law University of Odisha. She has also done a Diploma in IP & Management from GNLU. She has several articles/ chapters published in various National and International Journals and Books.
