Prof. Pratima Balasaheb Pawar working as Associate Professor at MVP'S College of Social Work, Nashik. She has 20 years of teaching experience in the field of HRM and Social Work . She is an academic counselor at IGNOU, Nashik centre for social work, developed course papers and study material for YCMOU , Nasik and IDOL Mumbai University. She is a POSH committee member and trainer and conducts various training session at industries. She has participated in several seminars, workshops and conferences at state, National and International level and published more than 20 research papers and articles in several journals.
