Mr. Surya Saxena is an Assistant Professor (Senior Scale) at the School of Law, UPES Dehradun, with nearly 5 years of academic and university teaching experience. He holds a master's degree in Corporate and Commercial Laws from NLU, Jodhpur, and a Ph.D. with a focus on Arbitration. Mr. Saxena is dedicated to knowledge empowerment and enrichment as a means to benefit humanity.
