Dr. Raghavendra Nayak is a distinguished academician and writer in Indian literature. He completed his graduation from Kuvempu University, Shivamogga, followed by postgraduation from the Central University of Karnataka, Kalaburagi. He earned his Ph.D. from Pondicherry University (a Central University), Puducherry. Currently, he serves as an Assistant Professor (SS) and Head of the Department of English at Govt. First Grade College, Raichur, Karnataka. Dr. Nayak has held key academic roles, including Head, Coordinator, and committee member in institutions such as Adikavi Sri Maharshi Valmiki University, Raichur, contributing to BoS, BoE, and curriculum development. His literary works include Holding the Real Work: Ecology, Environment and Literature, A Prolonged Passage and Other Poems, and Wild Sacred Seeds and Other Poems. Through his scholarly and literary contributions, he continues to shape the academic and literary landscape of Indian literature.
