Dr. Amar Chand Kaushik was born on November 21, 1961, to Shri Lakhmi Chand Kaushik and Mrs. Savitri Devi in the village of Kharkara Bas (Kanina), District Mahendragarh, Haryana. He holds an M.A. in seven subjects, an LL.B., and two Ph.D. degrees—one in Economics and the other in Commerce. His studies took place at various institutions, including Panjab University, Himachal Pradesh University, M.D. University, and the University of Rajasthan. He entered the Haryana Government as a Block Development Officer (BDO) through the HCS Exam and has served in various roles, including Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Zila Parishad and District Development Officer (DDPO). In addition, he has received the Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) from the UGC and has published numerous research papers in prestigious journals as an Assistant Professor.
