Mr. Arvind Singh Kushwaha is Assistant Professor at the School of Law, University of Petroleum Energy Studies in Dehradun. Arvind was previously working as full time Senior Research Fellowship (SRF) scholar at the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. He also possesses around two years of litigation experience in different courts in Delhi and Jaipur. Mr. Arvind completed his Graduation in Law from the National University of Study and Research in Law (NUSRL), Ranchi. He holds Master’s Degree in Criminal Laws from the Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law (RGNUL), Punjab. He is also pursuing his Ph.D. from the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, India. Arvind is NET as well as SET qualified and also been awarded with Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) by the UGC.
