He is working as a Professor in the Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Al Shifa College of Pharmacy,( under Kerala University of health sciences, Thrissur) Perinthalmanna, Malappuram, Kerala since 2nd March 2015. He is having 14 years of teaching & research experience at various colleges in Andhra Pradesh, Tamilnadu and Kerala and thereby having exposure in academic activities of all these states. He qualified Diploma (D.Pharm) in 2001 and UG (B.Pharm) in 2005 from JKKMMRF College of Pharmacy, B. Komarapalayam under The Tamilnadu Dr MGR Medical University, Chennai. He qualified PG (M.Pharm - Pharmaceutical Chemistry) in 2007 from Annamalai University, Annamalai Nagar, Tamilnadu. He awarded Ph.D (Doctoral degree) from Ponnaiyah Ramajayam Institute of Science & Technology (PRIST) University, Thanjavur, Tamilnadu in September 2014 under UGC Faculty Development Scheme. He has a lifetime membership in various professional bodies like IPGA and APTI. To his laurels, he received the best FACULTY TEACHING AWARD in International Faculty Awards 2019 from Amaravathi Research Academy, Hyderabad on 16.11.2019. To his research fronts, he published 25 original research articles in various International/ National peer-reviewed journals. He guided 16 PG research projects.
