Dr. Thirukkumaran has completed his B.E, in Electronics and Communication Engineering in Kongu Engineering College in 1995. He has completed his M.E. in Communication Systems in Karpagam college of Engineering affiliated to Anna University in 2012. He was awarded doctorate by Saveetha Institute of Medical and Technical Sciences, Chennai in 2019. He has overall 25 years of IT industry and academic experience. His research interests are Internet of Things, Network Security, Wireless Networks and Sensor Networks. He has published more than 15 international journal and one book chapter. He has strong expertise in conducting training for engineering college students in the area of wireless network, sensor network, IoT and simulation tools NS-2 and NS-3. He is currently working as Associate professor in Department of Computer Science Engineering, New Horizon College of Engineering.
