Shashank Tripathi

Dr. Shashank Tripathi (MBA, Ph.D.), obtained his MBA in Business Management from SHUATS, Prayagraj, India with dual specialization in Marketing and HR and Doctorate from the same university in Business Studies. He is engaged in teaching and research since last six years. His main area of interest are HR Management, Marketing Management and Digital Marketing etc. His research findings and review articles have been published in the form of more than dozen research papers in National and International journals of repute. He has authored a book “Consumer’s Behavior on Social Media Marketing” in 2019. He has also successfully organized many National Level Seminars and Conferences. He is life member of various academic societies. Dr. Tripathi also received various awards. Dr. Tripathi is now working as Asst. Prof. in the Department of Management in MVIET, (AKTU), Prayagraj, U.P., India. Besides, He is the founder of bluebird welfare association Prayagraj, India.
