Dr. Bhupesh Sarma hails from the quaint village of Barbang, situated near Pathsala town in the Barpeta district of Assam, India. Formerly an Associate Professor of Philosophy, he embarked on his philosophical journey with the groundbreaking publication of "Ganitiya Tarkavijnan," the pioneer book in the Assamese language dedicated to mathematical logic. His literary prowess doesn't end there. He has authored several notable works such as "Adhunik Tarkavijnan (Modern Logic)," "Essays On Contemporary Western Philosophy," "Logic" (a textbook designed for Degree courses), "Indian Philosophy Of Language," and "Western Philosophy Of Language." In addition to his philosophical writings, he has enriched Assamese literature with "Gabharu Pathar," a collection of his original poems, and "Chariatpur Kiman Dur," an anthology of short stories.
