Dr. Chidanand Dhavaleshwar is Assistant Professor and Local Head of the Department of Social Work in the P.G. Centre, Vijayapura. He has been awarded Doctoral degree for his thesis entitled “A Study on Role of Corporate Social Responsibility Practices of Selected Industries on Community Life in Karnataka” from the Department of Social Work, Karnatak University, Dharwad. He has rich knowledge and expertise in the field of Social Work. He has been rendering his services for the last 08 years. He has 35 research articles to his credit and has presented his papers at National, International and State Level. His areas of interest are Development Studies, Corporate Social Responsibility and Human Resource Management.
