Bharat Prasad, born on March 1, 1971, in the historical town of Buxar, Bihar, is an accomplished author and dedicated activist. As the convener of the underground water consciousness forum in Buxar, he ardently advocates for environmental protection, water conservation, and afforestation at the grassroots level.
