Dr. Amit Jain is a certified trainer through Dale Carnegie. He trained hundreds of students on the behavioral and technical aspects of pharmaceutical sales. He has more than 16 years of industrial and academic experience. He completed his PG from BRNCP, Mandsaur with an M. Pharm. in Pharmacognosy, an MBA from Sikkim Manipal University in Human Resource Management, and a Doctorate in Pharma Management from BN University, Udaipur. Dr. Jain has published more than ten scientific publications. He is affiliated with numerous institutions and assists a number of students in pursuing successful careers in the pharmaceutical sales. He is currently employed as Sr. Manager, Learning and Development Department at Troikaa Pharmacuticals Limited in Ahmedabad. As a professional, his aim is to leverage his expertise in subject knowledge and human behavioral aspects for the guidance of aspiring pharma professionals to design their careers in a better way, and writing this book is the step towards that aim.
