Dr. Yogita Gupta (Ph.D.), is a faculty of Human Resource and General Management for graduation and post-graduation, associated with many esteemed institutes and universities nationally and internationally. She has more than 20+ years of valuable teaching and learning experience. She holds B. Com, DTL, GDCA, DCA, M. Com (Costing), MPM(HR) and Ph.D. in Human Resource from Pune.

She believes in philosophy to guide and mentor students not to get jobs but to become contributors, valuable and important beings for the organization where they work, hence her hard work and dedication with each student shows up and students stay connected and share his/her growth and learning with her after leaving institutes as well.

She was part of many projects as an investigator in Funded project by Board of College and University Department (BCUD), Pune. She has been invited as an expert person for M.Phil. open defense. Her research papers are published in various national and international journals and have been cited. She has been invited as resource person to speak on various management topics by recognised Institutes. She was part of NACC committee in various occasions.
