Mr. Perm Singh M. received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Mysore, Mysore and M.Phil. from the Alagappa University, Karaikudi, Tamil Nadu. He was selected as Assistant Professor in 2009 in the Department of Collegiate Education, Government of Karnataka. He is presently working as a research scholar in Digital Image Processing under the Supervision of Dr. Sharath Kumar, Y.H. Head of the Department of Information Science and Engineering in Maharaja Research Foundation, Mysore.

Presently working as Assistant Professor of Computer Science, Mandya University, Mandya. His Research interests include Digital Image Processing, Pattern Recognition and Cartoon features extraction and retrieval.
