Chef Razique Hosain Shaikh was born in a middle class family, is a permanent resident of Rasulpur, Odisha, India. He has been very passionate about cooking since his childhood. He studied at The Premiere School of Hotel Management, Bhubaneswar, to pursue his career as a chef. He spent more than two decades in this profession and is an expert in many national and international cuisines. Apart from cooking various cuisines and writing cooking books, he is also a very passionate novelist.
