Originally a resident of district Sitapur in the state of Uttar Pradesh, Sanjay Chaudhary was born in Naubasta, District Kanpur. Initial Education was also received from Kanpur city itself. Undergraduate and Postgraduate Examinations of Hemvatinandan Bahuguna Garhwal University, Srinagar Passed with First Division. University Grants Commission, New Also passed in Delhi Teaching Eligibility Test. Sanjay Choudhary Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi and Banaras Hindu, he was also a research student at the University, Varanasi. Doctor Ram Manohar received Shogh degree from Lohia Avadh University, Faizabad.

His research papers in many national and international journals have been published. He is teaching at the post graduate level for the last 21 years.
