Dr P.V.SWARAJYA LAKSHMI is working as professor in department of INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY in Prasad V Potluri Siddhartha Institute of Technology, Vijayawada. She has 28 years of teaching experience in various engineering colleges. Her research areas include Data Mining, Machine Learning and Image Processing. She completed her Ph.D in Acharya Nagarjuna University in 2011. She has published more than 25 papers in various journals including SCOPUS,SCIE AND Springer Series and also presented papers in number of international conferences. She acted as paper reviewer and advisory committee member for some of the international conferences .

She is the author of one book and published chapters also.

One international patent is granted to her. She has published two national level patents. She organized various faculty development programs and workshops. She guided one Ph.D student. She received national level UTTAMA ACHARYA award in 2019. She is member of board of studies and framed syllabus for various subjects.

She is FIE in Institution Of Engineers and has life membership in CSI and ISTE.
